To redesignate the facility of the United States Postal Service located
at 1859 South Ashland Avenue in Chicago, Illinois, as the ``Cesar Chavez
Post Office''. [NOTE: July 14, 2003 -  [H.R. 925]]

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. REDESIGNATION.

The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 1859
South Ashland Avenue in Chicago, Illinois, and known as the Pilsen Post
Office, shall be known and designated as the ``Cesar Chavez Post
Office''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other
record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1
shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Cesar Chavez Post Office''.
