[NOTE: Nov. 11, 2003 - [H.R. 2309]] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION. The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 2300 Redondo Avenue in Long Beach, California, shall be known and designated as the ``Stephen Horn Post Office Building''. SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Stephen Horn Post Office Building''.
