To direct the Secretary of the Army to conduct a study to determine the 
  feasibility of carrying out a project for water supply for Rialto, 
                    Fontana, and Colton, California.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Inland Empire Water Resources 
Preservation Act''.

SEC. 2. RIALTO, FONTANA, AND COLTON, CALIFORNIA.

    The Secretary of the Army shall conduct a study to determine the 
feasibility of carrying out a project for water supply for Rialto, 
Fontana, and Colton, California.
