Declaration of Disaster #3105: State of New York (Amendment #2)

    In accordance with a notice from the Federal Emergency Management 
Agency dated July 20, 1998, the above-numbered Declaration is hereby 
amended to include Genesee, Livingston, and Monroe Counties in the 
State of New York as a disaster area due to damages caused by severe 
storms and flooding beginning on June 25, 1998 and continuing through 
July 10, 1998.
    In addition, applications for economic injury loans from small 
businesses located in the contiguous counties of Ontario, Orleans, 
Steuben, and Wayne in New York may be filed until the specified date at 
the previously designated location.
    Any counties contiguous to the above-name primary counties and not 
listed herein have been previously declared.
    All other information remains the same, i.e., the deadline for 
filing applications for physical damage is September 5, 1998 and for 
economic injury the termination date is April 7, 1999.
