Magnetek Manufacturing, Medenhall, MS; Notice of Termination of
Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, an investigation
was initiated on July 13, 1998, in response to a work petition which
was filed on behalf at Magnetek Manufacturing, Medenhall, Mississippi.
All workers at the subject firm are covered under an existing
certification (TA-W-32, 639) which is valid until August 26, 1998. All
worker separations at the plant have occurred prior to that date.
Consequently further investigation in this case would serve no purpose,
and the investigation has been terminated.

Signed in Washington, D.C. this 28th of July, 1998.
Grant D. Beale,
Acting Director, Office of Trade Adjustment Assistance.
