Notice of Availability: The Office of Solid Waste (OSW) Is
Announcing the Availability of a New Draft Guidance Document Entitled
``Guidance on Collection of Emissions Data to Support Site-Specific
Risk Assessments at Hazardous Waste Combustion Facilities''
AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency.
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is providing notice
that the following draft guidance document: ``Guidance on Collection of
Emissions Data to Support Site Specific Risk Assessments at Hazardous
Waste Combustion Facilities'' (Peer Review Draft), EPA530-D-98-002,
August 1998 is now available for use. This document is being sent for
an independent, external peer review. Public comments will be
considered in conjunction with the peer review comments in revising
this document. This EPA combustion-related guidance document will serve
to update and replace the existing draft guidance document entitled:
``Guidance on Trial Burns'' (May 2, 1994 draft).
DATES: Public comments should be received no later than November 16,
1998 to be considered in revising this document.
