This proceeding will be conducted pursuant to 10 CFR Part 2, Subpart L, which requires written presentations. The State alleges that the Ashland 2 materials permitted to be shipped to International Uranium (USA) Corporation contain hazardous waste and that its handling and disposal could violate applicable law and could harm wildlife and natural resources, including ground and surface water.
