In Title 7 of the Code of Federal Regulations, parts 300 to 399,
revised as of January 1, 1999, page 200, first column, Sec. 319.28 is
corrected in paragraph (b)(1), second and twentieth lines, by removing
``Japan'' and adding in its place ``the country of origin''.
