The Boeing Company, Wichita, KS; Notice of Termination of 
Investigation

    Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, an investigation 
was initiated on December 21, 1998 in response to a worker petition 
which was filed on December 21, 1998 on behalf of workers at The Boeing 
Company, Wichita, Kansas.
    The petitioning group of workers is the subject of an ongoing 
investigation whose scope includes the worker group at Wichita, Kansas. 
That ongoing investigation (TA-W-35,399) was also instituted on 
December 21, 1998. The determination resulting from TA-W-35,399 will 
include a ruling on eligibility for workers at Wichita, Kansas. 
Consequently, further investigation in this case would serve no 
purpose, and the investigation has been terminated.
