ACTION: Notice of availability and intent. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that the invention disclosed in Patent Cooperation Treaty Application PCT/GB00/04562, ``Resistance Gene,'' filed November 29, 2000, is available for licensing and that the Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, intends to grant to Plant BioScience Limited, of Norwich, Norfolk, United Kingdom, an exclusive license to the Federal Government's patent rights in this invention. This invention is jointly owned by Plant BioScience Limited, Iowa State University and the United States of America, as represented by the Secretary of Agriculture.
