United States v. 3d Systems Corp. and DTM Corp.

    A Complaint, proposed Final Judgment, and Competitive Impact 
Statement were filed with the United States District Court for the 
District of Columbia, in a civil antitrust case, United States v. 3D 
Systems Corporation and DTM Corporation, Civ. Action No. 1:01CV01237. 
By September 26, 2001, the United States published a notice in the 
Washington Post and the Federal Register, seeking public comments on 
the proposed settlement, in accord with the Antitrust Procedures and 
Penalties Act, 15 U.S.C. 16(b) through (h). The 60-day comment period 
expired on November 26, 2001. Due to the unanticipated disruption of 
mail service to the U.S. Department of Justice, the United States 
requests that anyone who submitted a comment before the expiration of 
the comment period resubmit the comment by facsimile or e-mail to J.
