Extension of Time Limit for Preliminary Results

On January 5, 2001, we published an extension of the preliminary
results by 90 days. See 66 FR 01386. Because of the complex issues
enumerated in the Memorandum from Edward C. Yang to Joseph A. Spetrini,
Extension of Time Limit for the Preliminary Results of Administrative

on file in the Central Records Unit (CRU) of the Main Commerce

this review by the scheduled deadline of July 2, 2001. Therefore, in
accordance with section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Act, the Department is
extending the time period for issuing the preliminary results of review
by 30 days until August 1, 2001.

    Dated: March 7, 2001.
