SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: In its Requests for Applications the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency invites research applications in the following are of special interest to its mission: Treatment Technologies for Arsenic Removal for Small Drinking Water Systems: Request for Applications. The objective of this program is to pre- qualify treatment technologies for a subsequent demonstration program which will evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of drinking water treatment technologies to meet the new arsenic maximum contaminant level (MCL) of 0.01 mg/l for varying source water quality conditions.
