ACTION: Tentative approval. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- [[Page 6481]] SUMMARY: EPA is proposing to approve the State of Florida's drinking water regulations for the Interim Enhanced Surface Water Treatment, Long Term 1 Enhanced Surface Water Treatment, Radionuclides, Arsenic, and Filter Backwash Recycling Rules, and Administrative Penalty Authority. EPA has determined that these revisions are no less stringent than the corresponding federal regulations. Therefore, EPA intends on approving this State program revision. DATES: All interested parties may request a public hearing and/or submit comments on or before March 10, 2006.
