ACTION: Notice of intent. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, intends to grant to Washington State University Research Foundation of Pullman, Washington, an exclusive license to Plant Variety Protection Number 200600005, the waxy wheat variety designated ``Waxy-Pen,'' filed on October 7, 2005.
