Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. AUTHORIZATION OF MEDAL OF HONOR. The President may award, and present in the name of Congress, the Medal of Honor to the unknown Vermonter who lost his life while serving in the War of Independence as a member of the Continental Army and who has been selected by the people of Vermont to represent all Vermont unknown soldiers. <all>
